Review: I had an outstanding experience! Dr. Susan took the time to explain every procedure in detail, making sure I fully understood what she was teaching and what to expect. She is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I had dental work done and can honestly say it was completely painless. Dr. Susan's skill and gentle approach made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and highly professional. It was obvious that everyone worked together seamlessly, creating a calm, organized, and welcoming environment. From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt valued and well cared for. Both Dr. Maples & Dr. Eppley and my current hygienist Nate seek to help patients feel at ease & comfortable during treatments. They take time to answer questions & offer home care advice. I feel I’m getting the best care available with very experienced dentists who take time not only to stay up to date on the latest techniques & equipment, but to travel & train others. Every hygienist and office staff I’ve worked with have gone out of their way to adjust for some of my needs (such as back/neck pain in certain positions). Dr. Maples has gone above & beyond to assist me to understand my other health issues & locate resources. Her approach to dental health is very holistic & it’s apparent that the whole team sees their work as more than “just a job”.

Dr. Maples and her team are exceptional. As a board-certified health and wellness coach, I truly appreciate high standards and thoughtful client care, and this practice exceeded expectations. Any dentist can provide the basics, but the experience here was outstanding from the thorough onboarding process that explored my health priorities to the detailed exam with numerous photos and imaging. Emily, my dental hygienist, was fantastic. After I shared past difficulties with cleanings, she skillfully adjusted her approach and made it genuinely comfortable. This is clearly a holistic practice that cares for the whole person. I could not recommend them more highly.

First I must say I was FULL of anxiety, I’m nOT a dentist FAn, BUT soon as I walked in the door the very first day it’s like a welcoming feeling, I felt safe, they talked to me about EVERYTHING !! I was in control , they will give advice , absolutely NO PAIN!! I felt great , the ONLy regret I have is I wished I knew now , years ago instead of waiting out of fear , and pain , I worked myself up for no reason at all!! Dr. Susan, Dr Tracy , Jean , Sara you ALL are fantastic I can’t thank you enough !! Although I have more work to be done, in time I will have the confidence I’ve always wanted all cause of you guys … even the check in ladies are wonderful super friendly , helpful , I’m super pleased so far …
